Job Title: Optical Advisor
Location: Blantyre
Hours: Part-time, 16 hours
Salary: Competitive, plus bonus and benefits (full training provided)

The Optical Advisor role is key to ensuring patients feel welcomed and supported from the moment they enter the clinic.

As an Optical Advisor, you will often be the first point of contact for patients. No two days will be the same, but your responsibilities will include:

  • Building strong relationships with patients and maintaining clear communication before and after appointments
  • Accurately maintaining patient and customer records
  • Supporting the clinic team to deliver an outstanding patient experience
