Job Title: Optical Advisor
Location: Kirkintilloch
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week
Salary: Competitive, plus bonus & benefits (full training provided)

The Medical People are recruiting on behalf of our client.

Our client is a leading provider of eye care services, focused on delivering exceptional patient care, excellent clinical outcomes, and ongoing investment in people and technology.

As an optical advisor, you will play a key role in making patients feel welcomed and supported from the moment they enter the clinic. You will often be the first point of contact for patients. Every day will bring something new, but your responsibilities will include

  • Building strong relationships with patients and maintaining clear communication before and after appointments
  • Accurately maintaining patient and customer records
  • Supporting the clinic team to deliver an outstanding patient experience
