About the Role
We are looking for a qualified and GOC-registered Optometrist to join our Brandon team. This role is ideal for both newly qualified and experienced optometrists who are passionate about delivering excellent patient care and building strong relationships within the local community.

You will play a key role in providing high-quality clinical care while contributing to the continued success and growth of our branch.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive eye examinations with a strong focus on patient care, using 30-minute test slots
  • Use clinical judgement to diagnose and manage a range of eye health conditions
  • Provide expert advice on spectacle and contact lens options tailored to individual patient needs
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our patients, ensuring a positive experience at every visit
  • Work collaboratively with our branch team to support excellent service delivery and business growth
  • Participate in local enhanced service schemes where applicable
  • Support pre-registration supervision when required
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of optical products and industry developments through ongoing CPD

What We’re Looking For

  • GOC-registered Optometrist (newly qualified or experienced)
  • Passionate about delivering outstanding patient care
  • Confident in clinical skills with a patient-centred approach
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Enjoys working as part of a friendly and supportive team
  • Motivated to build long-term relationships with patients and colleagues
