Job Title: Locum Optometrist

About the Role
As a Locum Optometrist, you will provide high-quality eye care services across our multiple clinic locations on a flexible basis. You will deliver comprehensive eye examinations, diagnose vision-related conditions, and recommend appropriate optical solutions or treatments.

This role is ideal for experienced optometrists seeking flexible working arrangements and the opportunity to deliver excellent patient care within our professional and supportive clinical environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive eye examinations to assess vision and identify eye health conditions
• Prescribe and fit spectacles and contact lenses tailored to each patient’s needs
• Provide expert advice on eye health, vision correction, and preventative care
• Refer patients to specialist services when required
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Ensure compliance with our professional standards, clinical guidelines, and policies
• Work collaboratively with our clinic teams to support smooth day-to-day operations
• Keep up to date with developments in optometry practice and optical technology

• Qualified and GOC-registered Optometrist
• Proven experience providing a wide range of optometric services
