About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated clinic manager to join our team at Great Portland Street. In this role, you will oversee our clinic operations and lead our team to deliver high-quality patient care and exceptional service.

You will be responsible for driving the commercial and operational performance of our clinic, implementing best practices across all activities, and ensuring a smooth and professional experience for our patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the commercial performance of our clinic and team
• Maintain exceptional professional standards across all activities
• Manage the clinic diary and daily operational efficiency
• Communicate clear daily expectations to our team members
• Ensure our clinic is presentable and maintained to the highest standards
• Recruit, induct, coach, and support our team members
• Advise patients on the most suitable treatment solutions
• Develop the team and promote our clinical services

Essential Skills & Attributes

• Proven management experience within a clinical setting or high-end retail
• Skilled in delivering results through people management and performance development
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Motivated, articulate, and eager to learn and progress
• Ability to maintain high professional standards while driving clinic performance
