Job Title: Administrator (Surgery Support)
Location: Glasgow City Centre

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Junior Office Administrator for our Surgery Support department in our prestigious offices in Glasgow City Centre. This role is ideal for a highly organised individual who thrives on variety and enjoys supporting a busy, multi-disciplinary team.

The Surgery Support team provides assistance across the business, working closely with clinics, marketing teams, optometrists, and surgeons.

Key Responsibilities

  • Setting up Teams calls
  • Organising CPD events and certifications
  • Updating Excel reports
  • Performing general administrative duties
  • Managing email correspondence with external consultants and collating responses

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Previous customer service experience preferred (full training provided)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to quickly learn new IT systems
  • Articulate, presentable, diligent, and motivated to achieve
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, integrity, and discretion
  • Strong team player with the ability to influence outcomes and follow enquiries to completion
