Job Title: Aesthetic Practitioner
Location: Chiswick (with opportunities to work at Clapham)
Hours: Full Time (including late nights and Saturdays)

About the Role
We are seeking a friendly, skilled, and reliable Aesthetic Practitioner to join our client’s team. You will help clients gain confidence through advanced aesthetic treatments while delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet and greet clients, providing guidance on suitable treatments and products
• Perform a wide range of advanced aesthetic and laser treatments
• Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure clients feel valued and confident
• Assist with reception duties, diary management, general administration, and product retail
• Support promotional activities and engage with sales targets

Experience, Qualifications & Personal Qualities

• Qualified to Level 3 in Beauty Therapy (Level 4 highly desirable)
• Minimum 1 year experience in Aesthetics, Day Spa, Beauty Counter, or Salon environment
• Positive, professional, and team-player attitude
• Passionate about delivering excellent customer service
• Comfortable working towards sales targets and engaging in promotional activities
• Flexible and willing to work evenings and weekends
