Refunds are available for job posting fees or subscription services according to our refund policy. To request a refund, go to your account dashboard, select “Billing,” and submit a refund request. Our team will review your request and process it within 5–7 business days.

To redeem a coupon or promo code, enter the code during the payment process in the “Apply Coupon” field. Ensure the coupon is valid and hasn’t expired. Discounts will be applied instantly before completing the payment.

You can update your account name by going to Profile Settings → Personal Information → Edit Name. Enter your correct details and save the changes. Name updates may require verification for security purposes.
