Job Title: Aesthetic Practitioner
Location: Leamington Spa
Hours: Part-time

The Medical People are recruiting on behalf of our client.

We are seeking an Aesthetic Practitioner to join a friendly, reliable, and talented team at a clinic based in Leamington Spa.

This role requires flexibility, including late evenings and weekends.

The Role

As an Aesthetic Practitioner, you will be responsible for welcoming clients, supporting and advising them on suitable treatments and products, and delivering a wide range of advanced aesthetic treatments.

With outstanding customer service skills and a genuine passion for aesthetics, you will help clients achieve greater self-confidence through improved skin health.

You will also support with:

  • Reception duties
  • Diary and appointment management
  • General administration
  • Retailing and recommending products

Experience, Qualifications and Personal Qualities

  • Qualified to Level 3 in Beauty Therapy (or equivalent); Level 4 highly desirable
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience within an Aesthetics clinic, Day Spa, Beauty Counter, or Salon environment
  • Strong team player with a positive “can-do” attitude
  • Passionate about delivering excellent customer service
  • Experience working towards sales targets and supporting promotional activities
  • Willing and able to work evenings and weekends
