The Role
The Patient Advisor plays a key role in ensuring patients feel comfortable, relaxed, and well cared for while receiving a 5-star service. The ideal candidate will enjoy meeting new people and will demonstrate strong communication skills when interacting with both patients and clinical professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Building strong, professional relationships with patients
• Performing diagnostic eye scans (full training provided)
• Confidently relaying patient information to optometrists to ensure a smooth patient journey
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Discussing and arranging affordable finance options tailored to individual patients
• Scheduling patient consultations and surgical procedures
• Providing occasional cover at the Nottingham clinic (travel costs covered by the employer)

• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Previous experience working towards sales targets and personal KPIs
