About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator for our Clinical Services department. This role is ideal for a highly organised individual who thrives on variety and enjoys supporting a busy, multi-disciplinary team.

The Clinical Services team supports clinics, marketing teams, optometrists, and surgeons. The Administration team plays a key role in ensuring smooth operations across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Setting up Teams calls
  • Organising CPD events and certifications
  • Updating Excel reports
  • Performing general administrative duties
  • Managing email correspondence with external consultants and collating responses

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Excellent customer service, written and verbal communication, and organisational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and ability to quickly learn new IT systems
  • Previous customer service experience preferred (full training provided)
  • Articulate, presentable, detail-oriented, diligent, and motivated to achieve
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, integrity, and discretion
  • Strong team player capable of influencing outcomes and completing enquiries
