About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator for our Clinical Services department. This role is ideal for a highly organised individual who thrives on variety and enjoys supporting a busy, multi-disciplinary team.
The Clinical Services team supports clinics, marketing teams, optometrists, and surgeons. The Administration team plays a key role in ensuring smooth operations across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Setting up Teams calls
- Organising CPD events and certifications
- Updating Excel reports
- Performing general administrative duties
- Managing email correspondence with external consultants and collating responses
Essential Skills & Experience
- Excellent customer service, written and verbal communication, and organisational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and ability to quickly learn new IT systems
- Previous customer service experience preferred (full training provided)
- Articulate, presentable, detail-oriented, diligent, and motivated to achieve
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, integrity, and discretion
- Strong team player capable of influencing outcomes and completing enquiries
