Job Title: Clinic Manager – Dialysis Clinic
Location: Boston, Lincolnshire, UK
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
Hours: Monday – Saturday | Day shifts only

About the Role
Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinic Manager to lead a busy dialysis clinic in Boston, Lincolnshire.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an inspiring clinical leader who excels in delivering exceptional patient care while overseeing the operational and administrative functions of a healthcare facility.

As Clinic Manager, you will guide a team of nurses and support staff to provide individualised, high-quality care, ensure compliance with clinical standards, drive quality improvement initiatives, and foster a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all aspects of the clinic’s operations
  • Ensure a seamless, patient-focused experience and a welcoming environment
  • Liaise with external partners such as NHS Trusts and the CQC, with support from the Regional Manager
  • Implement and monitor quality improvement initiatives
  • Oversee onboarding, training, and professional development of staff
  • Build strong, supportive relationships with patients and professionally address any concerns or complaints
  • Ensure compliance with all clinical, governance, and regulatory standards, including KLoE requirements
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure timely reporting and documentation

About You
To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Registration as a CQC Manager, or willingness to obtain this
  • Full NMC registration with appropriate nursing qualifications
  • Proven clinical leadership experience within an outpatient haemodialysis or renal care setting
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a compassionate, professional approach
  • A hands-on, lead-by-example leadership style that motivates and empowers your team
  • Proactive and solution-focused approach to challenges in a clinical environment
  • Strong organisational skills to manage operational and clinical responsibilities
  • Evidence of Continued Professional Development (CPD), ideally in renal care
