Salary: Competitive, depending on experience
Hours: Monday – Saturday | Day shifts only

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Clinic Manager to lead a busy dialysis clinic in Bilston.

This pivotal leadership role involves overseeing all clinical, operational, and administrative functions of the clinic. You will inspire and support a team of nurses and support staff to deliver high-quality, patient-centred care while fostering a positive and professional workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of the clinic’s operations
• Ensure a seamless patient journey and a welcoming, supportive environment
• Liaise with external stakeholders and regulatory bodies, ensuring compliance with all relevant standards
• Implement and monitor quality improvement initiatives
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, and development of staff
• Build strong relationships with patients and address any concerns or complaints professionally
• Maintain accurate documentation and timely reporting
• Ensure compliance with clinical governance, regulatory, and safety standards

Requirements

• Registration as a CQC Manager, or willingness to obtain this
• Full NMC registration with relevant nursing qualifications
• Proven leadership experience in outpatient haemodialysis or renal care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a compassionate, professional approach
• Hands-on leadership style that motivates and empowers your team
• Proactive, solution-focused, and able to manage change in a clinical environment
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage operational responsibilities
• Evidence of continued professional development (CPD), preferably in renal care
