Job Title: Clinic Manager
Location: Brighton
Hours: 40 hours per week, including Saturdays
Salary: £DoE + bonus & benefits

The Medical People are recruiting on behalf of our client.

Our client is a leading provider of private eye care services, focused on delivering exceptional patient care, outstanding clinical outcomes, and continuous investment in people and technology.

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Clinic Manager for the Brighton clinic, where services include laser eye, lens replacement, and cataract consultations, post-operative appointments, and retail eyewear services. The successful candidate will be responsible for the commercial and operational performance of the clinic and its team, implementing best practices across all activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the commercial performance of the clinic and team
  • Ensure exceptional professional standards are maintained at all times
  • Manage the clinic diary efficiently
  • Provide clear communication to the team on daily expectations
  • Maintain the clinic environment to the highest standards of tidiness and cleanliness
  • Recruit, induct, coach, and support team members to ensure competence and knowledge
  • Support the team in advising patients on the most suitable and appropriate treatments

Candidate Profile

  • Strong management experience within an optical setting, healthcare, or high-end retail
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Motivated, articulate, and results-driven
  • Willingness to learn and progress within the organisation
  • Ability to manage dual-site responsibilities (Brighton & Haywards Heath clinics)
