Location: Ipswich
Salary: Up to £70,000 Pro Rata + £5,000 relocation bonus

The Medical People are recruiting on behalf of our client.

Our client is a leading provider of ophthalmology services, delivering exceptional patient care and clinical outcomes.

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a GOC-registered Optometrist (minimum 2 years’ experience) to join their Ipswich clinic, located in the heart of the city’s central business district at Clydesdale House. You will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary team, working alongside experienced eye care professionals, including ophthalmologists, to provide a diverse range of clinical eye care services to patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct pre- and post-operative consultations for refractive and cataract surgery patients
• Provide clinical support to ophthalmologists
• Deliver essential and advanced eye examinations to patients

Ideal Candidate

• GOC-registered optometrist with at least 2 years’ experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passionate about delivering high-quality patient care
• Motivated, professional, and team-oriented
