The Medical People are recruiting on behalf of our client.

Our client is a leading provider of ophthalmology services, delivering exceptional patient care and clinical outcomes.

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a GOC-registered optometrist (minimum 2 years’ experience) to join their Swansea clinic, conveniently located in Alexandra House, within walking distance of Swansea’s bustling retail district. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team, alongside experienced eye care professionals, including ophthalmologists, to deliver a diverse range of clinical eye care services.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct pre- and post-operative consultations for refractive and cataract surgery patients
• Provide clinical support to ophthalmologists
• Deliver essential and advanced eye examinations to patients

Ideal Candidate

• GOC-registered optometrist with at least 2 years’ experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passionate about delivering high-quality patient care
• Motivated, professional, and team-oriented
