About the Role
We are seeking qualified, GOC-registered Optometrists who are committed to putting patients at the centre of their care. You will provide excellent clinical services while building strong relationships with patients and branch teams. This role is suitable for both newly qualified and experienced Optometrists who want to make a meaningful impact within their community.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive eye examinations with 30-minute test slots to ensure thorough patient care
• Use clinical judgement to diagnose and manage a variety of eye health conditions
• Provide expert advice on spectacles and contact lenses tailored to individual patient needs
• Build and maintain strong relationships with patients, ensuring a positive experience at every visit
• Collaborate closely with branch teams to support business growth and excellent service delivery
• Participate in local enhanced service schemes and contribute to pre-registration supervision, where applicable
• Keep knowledge up-to-date with optical products and industry developments through ongoing CPD

Person Specification

• GOC-registered Optometrist

• Confident in clinical skills and enjoys working as part of a supportive team
• Motivated to build lasting relationships with patients and colleagues
• Suitable for newly qualified and experienced candidates
