About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Patient Advisor to join our Bournemouth clinic. As the first point of contact for patients, you will ensure every visitor feels welcomed, supported, and valued from the moment they enter the clinic. This dynamic role combines patient care, administration, and relationship building.

You will work closely with patients and clinical teams, assisting with consultations and guiding patients through their care journey, while delivering a world-class experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Build strong, professional relationships with patients and maintain communication before and after treatment
• Assist during patient consultations and health checks using modern equipment
• Support patients in completing health questionnaires and introduce them to optometrists
• Schedule treatment appointments and discuss tailored finance options
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
